By utilizing our repair services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. We kindly request that you review them thoroughly before proceeding.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Our services encompass the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of various home appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, air conditioners, and televisions.
1.2 Repairs will be conducted either at your location or at our service center, based on the nature and extent of the issue.
2. Service Charges
2.1 Inspection fees are non-refundable and will apply even if the repair is not carried out.
2.2 The total cost of the service will comprise labor charges, the cost of any replaced parts (if applicable), and all relevant taxes.
2.3 Any quotations provided are estimates and may be subject to change following a final diagnosis.
3.Warranty
3.1 The warranty for replaced parts will be provided according to the manufacturer’s terms.
3.2 Our labor warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of repair.
3.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, physical harm, or additional wear and tear following the repair.
4. Appointment and Cancellation
4.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed through phone or email.
4.2 Customers are required to notify us of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 The customer must ensure safe and accessible entry to the appliance and its surrounding area for our technician.
5.2 All personal belongings must be removed from the appliance prior to service.
5.3 The customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the appliance’s issue and service history.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the appliance or for any loss of data (such as program settings).
6.2 We are not responsible for delays resulting from unforeseen circumstances, such as the unavailability of parts.
6.3 Our liability for any damages shall not exceed the cost of the services provided.
7. Use of Genuine Parts
7.1 We recommend the use of original parts for all repairs. Should third-party parts be used, the warranty may not apply.
7.2 We are not liable for any issues arising from parts provided by the customer.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in advance.
8.2 Payments can be made via cash or online transfer.
8.3 Late payments may incur additional charges.
